The Managing Director of the firm is David Meddick who was prior to The Administration of Justice Act 1985 always employed by Solicitors but on being granted his first Licence to practice in 1987 decided to create his own business.
This was achieved in 1989 first in partnership and then in 1993 as a sole trader and finally in 1999 the present “Recognised Body” regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers was created allowing the family involvement that exists today.
Oliver Meddick joined the firm in 1999 and is undergoing a course of training leading to the qualification of Licensed Conveyancer. Oliver has many roles within the firm however not just limited to Conveyancing and his youthful enthusiasm and commitment to his clients needs is well received and appreciated by those he assists.
We are sufficiently aware that in the “electronic age” in which we are living we must have the technical support with programmes and hardware that can achieve the requirements to produce the results that our clients expect and as a Team we work together to achieve this.
The “proof of the pudding” will be when you make contact with us and we leave you to determine that there is a difference that can be appreciated by our clients between our firm and others.
